The constant effort of our staff is to develop the individual personality of each pupil and to bring out those qualities which are best and noblest in him/her. Thus the primary aim of this institution is to impart sound formation (spiritual, moral, mental, physical, academic, intellectual and social) to all the students admitted to this institution. Thus it is the prime duty of all the teachers to urge the students to be self-disciplined, integrated, competent, compassionate, and committed always in the pursuit of excellence.

In order to achieve these aims and objectives, education of students at Don Bosco High School, Hojai means:

1. Assisting the students to discover and develop their capacities.
2. Helping them to become persons of competence, compassion and commitment. Enabling them to understand and appreciate themselves and their fellow human beings in their own social, cultural, religious and tribal traditions and environment.
3. Accompanying them in their life’s journey towards greater knowledge of faith, freedom, love, justice, peace and wisdom.
4. Helping them to achieve excellence in all spheres of life so that they become valuable citizens of the country and generously contribute their share in the building up of the nation and society based on justice, love and peace.
